All of your banking and card information is handled through this system so that you may have a safe shopping experience with us. Shipping policies: For orders up to $40.00US the shipping cost is $5.95 per order. All orders above $40.00 US will be shipped free unless otherwise noted. Shipping will be first class postage through US Postal Service. If you need items more quickly or shipped through other methods additional charges will be incurred. Return of defective merchandise: The return of defective merchandise will only be accepted within 10 business days after the sale of merchandise. Listed below is the guidelines for returned merchandise: Exchange can be made only for defective matireals. Exchanges can be made for unused product. All items are inspected fully and are only shipped in good condition with no apparent defects. Occasionally a defect may show up beyond our inspection and exchange can be made if product is defective matireal from manufacturer. Due to health regulations, returns cannot be made on hairbows, headbands or garments that are worn. Images and description of images: All images and items, words, descriptions of images, of products or associations to products and individuals and representing products remain property of Amelia's Bows.
